BT Tune Holidays & Services Sdn Bhd was established on 10 June 2011. In the same year this company was fully operational after being registered and getting a KPL/LN license (6735) from the Malaysian Ministry of Tourism. BT Tune Holidays has also obtained a full license from the Ministry of Tourism Malaysia on 01 June 2016. In addition, BT Tune Holidays also registered as a member of the Malaysia Association Travel & Tour Agency, MATTA (4521) and the Ministry of Finance, MOF (357-02195533). In 2017, BT Tune Holidays was successfully registered for a Special Umrah License (LKU). Since its inception, BT Tune Holidays has managed and focused on corporate, government and VVIP customers.

In 2023, En Ahmad Hassan Bin Mahmood took over the company, where in addition to maintaining private packages, corporate packages and services for the government and VVIP, many new plans, more extensive and fresh packages were held. This aims to provide more choice of holiday packages for all in addition to broadening the target customers and sales. This new tourism packages will focus more on 'Muslim Friendly' specifically for countries such as Korea, Japan, China & Europe. Apart from that, in 2025 BT Tune Holidays has also designed some more interesting holiday packages which will target some locations/countries that are less focused by most travel agencies in Malaysia.  Cruise packages, economy packages and premium Umrah/Hajj will also be opened in addition to Education Tourism, Agro-Cultural Tourism and Medical Tourism.
